Your English-speaking guide will collect you from your hotel by minibus around 8pm. The drive to the border at Taba will take about 3 hours, here you will cross the border and meet a new guide in Israel. The journey to Jerusalem takes about 5 hours but the stunning scenery on the way and rest break will ensure you enjoy this part of your trip.

‍You will start by visiting the Mount of Olives, here it’s believed that Jesus ascended to heaven. The scenery is stunning, and you can view the iconic panorama of the Old City of Jerusalem and its vicinity.

 Next you will explore Jerusalem probably THE most holy site in the world… and also one of the most fought over … you will visit the Wailing Wall and “la Via Dolorosa” in the Jewish Quarter, which is the path Christ took as he carried the cross to his crucifixion. There will be a short drive to Mount Zion to visit the Last Supper Room and the Church of the Holy Sepolcri – The ‘Church of Sorrows’ where people leave flowers and gifts before Easter. Lunch is included and you can sample some of the delicious local cuisine.

Afterwards you will go travel through the Arava Valley to the Dead Sea, where you can experience the wonders of this health giving salt water… it’s impossible to sink! This is a great photo opportunity for those treasured snaps…

Around sunset you will start your journey back to Sharm by bus.
